What is WebMD?

WebMD, part of HLTH Corporation, is an American provider of health information services. It is primarily known for its public Internet site, which has information regarding health and health care, including a symptom checklist, pharmacy information, blogs of physicians with specific topics and a place to store personal medical information (read more at Wikipedia).

What you may not know about WebMD

WebMD has a great tool for managing what you eat and your fitness schedule.  Using their Food and Fitness planning you can keep track of everything you eat and how often you work out.  Using the planner you can search for foods and it will automatically look up the nutrional facts for you and add them to your daily diet.  In return you can also track your physical activity such as taking a jog in the morning.  They say the best way to help lose weight is to write down everything you eat, well now you can with WebMD’s Food and Fitness planner.
