What is Instructables?

Instructables is simply a collection of instructions on how to do nearly anything.  These instructions are taught through images and videos.  Each instructable is submitted by different users and are available in a wide variety of categories from food to technology.  With easy to follow step-by-step instructions, you can do just about anything.

What you may not know about Instructables

Each Instructable has it’s unique signature, which includes Step-by-Step instructions, visually labeled and listed, Step 1, Step 2, Step 3, etc.  So now you can follow along each step to make sure you’re doing it in the right order and it could be any easier to learn something new.

What is Woot?

Woot’s tagline is “One Day, One Deal”. Generally, Woot offers one product per day until its stock of that item is sold out or the product is replaced at midnight Central Time with the next offering. If a product sells out during its run, the next item still does not appear until midnight, except during Woot-Offs. Products are never announced beforehand.  Customers normally may buy up to three of the day’s item, although occasionally the site has limited product quantity to one per customer.  Woot does not reveal sales figures unless the item sells out.  (read more at Wikipedia)

What you may not know about Woot

Woot.com has other sites which sell one product at time.  Shirt.Woot and Wine.Woot are 2 other sites by Woot.  Shirt.woot.com features 1 shirt a day (typically designed by the Woot community, known as “Derbys”).  Shirt.woot shirts at $10 with free shipping.  Wine.woot.com features 1 wine or a set of wines once  a week, instead of Woot’s signature, once a day.  You must be 21 to make a Wine.Woot purchase and it is not available in all states.  Finally Woot also has a partnership with Yahoo!
